| Description |
| A general purpose wedge grip for flat and round samples. The jaw faces are sprung loaded onto the sample and released using the lever. The lever is designed to be positioned at the rear of the grip to give minimal obstruction when loading a sample, it may be used the other way round if desired. Jaw faces are interchangeable by releasing the retainers on one side of the grip and sliding out the faces.
The grips are supplied with 0-10mm flat faces. Flat faces for 10-20mm and round faces for 3-6mm and 6-12mm diameter are available. A particular feature of the round jaws is that both ranges are machined on the same facing block, therefore you get both sizes when ordering the round face option. Flat faces are cut with a 1mm pitch pyramid pattern.
